I tend to call this house "The Biggest House I'll never build," as I doubt I'll ever have the money to build it. If I did have the money to build even the shell of it, I probably would, even if no one else wanted to live in it with me. My thought is for all the exterior and structural interior walls that aren't glass and the floor structure to be made of Rastra, cement, and steel. I haven't done structural analysis yet, but I'm certain that I'll need to add some support columns that aren't in these drawings. In the original 3D version, I made the floors a foot thick, but that might be overkill. The Arboretum on the roof is a geodesic structure with removable panels. I'd want to seal the interior side of the Rastra walls with the same sort of structural stucco I use on the exterior & then add paint, tile, or tongue & groove wood. The floor coverings I prefer are ceramic tile in most places and tongue & groove hardwood in the Dining Room, Office, Library, Quiet Reading Rooms & maybe some others, with rugs (but not wall to wall carpet (except maybe Astroturf in the Kids' Area)) in appropriate places. The ceiling, wall, & floor coverings of the personal rooms would be according to the preferences of the occupants. I plan to heat by hot water pipes in the floor, heating in bands so that the floor can be warm some places & cool in others. The idea of the semi-public guest area just inside the main entrance is so that I can give food & shelter to people who I don't necessarily trust to have access to the rest of the house or who aren't comfortable with the sort of clothing optional environment I'd like the rest of the house to be.

There's also supposed to be an attendant shop building to the East (this is pretty much a Northern Hemisphere design, I'd want build its mirror image in the Southern Hemisphere, and probably make other design changes before building in the tropics) of it, a garage occupying part of the space in between the two, and a basement.

The Garage has:
• Parking for Non-Utility Vehicles
• Storage for materials for recycling
• A toilet or two
• A room with a door to the outside for storing groundskeeping tools & equipment (unless there's a barn)

The Basement has:
• A big tunnel to the shop building
• A sewage treatment room
• An electrical power distribution place
• A water heating & distribution place

The (sort of mound shaped) Shop Building has:
• Ceramics Art / Fabrication above ground
• A firepit for outdoor recreation in the roof
• A loading dock at the first level underground, with an entrance for large vehicles and a connection to the house tunnel
• The power generation station for the shops and the house
• A ventelation control room for the shops
• A water heating & distribution place
• The following shops underground:
